I saw Fabiola for over 1 year and she helped me immensely. I was very unstable, using recreational drugs and hit rock bottom – I was arrested. She helped me to not only to become stable, she saw me right through my horrible court case and encouraged me to work through my PTSD, childhood trauma and struggles with ADHD. Even when I fell off the wagon or made reckless decisions, Fabiola was extremely professional and supportive. She got me through one of the most darkest periods of my life. Her sessions provided great insight, helped me to reconnect with my family and my life completely changed after therapy with Fabiola. Highly recommend!

0 STAR- FABIOLA BEDON (SO CALLED ” TRAUMA COUNSELLOR”)

She is the most disrespectful and unprofessional counsellor i have ever experienced in 11 years of being counselled.

1. After meeting her for 10 minutes (the first session) she told my support person to leave the room after i already told her 3 times that i am more comfortable with my MUM in there until later.
2. I felt interrogated the whole time about my trauma- she was VERY VERY INSENSITIVE
3. Gave her another chance with one more session hoping she was just trying to understand my trauma in the first session.
4. Second session i brought my support person and she done the exact same thing and but this time told me i need a referral for them to be in the room
5. Then told me she doesn’t want to counsel me if i have someone in the else room so she will refer me else where.

This resulted in me leaving 5 minutes into the session very distraught and crying as she refused to give me any help just because i wanted a support person with me while i was still getting to know her being that it was only my second session and the first one already went horribly.
