Happy Minds Psychology helps families to flourish by creating meaningful and sustainable positive change. I work with women during the most vulnerable times in their life. The journey to becoming a parent can be paved with fear, anxiety and at times, a deep sense of loss. Becoming a parent is a big adjustment and can leave women feeling isolated and judged. Balancing the demands of career, caring and mental health can lead to it’s own unique challenges. Reaching menopause and ageing positively is a concern in the later years of a woman’s life. As a Positive Psychologist, my job is to help women focus on what’s right with them, rather than what’s wrong, and use that as leverage to create big change using the latest, evidence based psychology. Happy Minds Psychology is built on the foundations of positivity, dignity and family, within a nurturing and compassionate environment.
