I’ve been working with people for over 15 years, first as a secondary teacher and for the past 10 years as a Counselling Psychologist in schools and in private practice.

I approach those who enter my counselling space with warmth and curiosity, helping you to feel more at ease within yourself and more confident around others. I aim to improve well-being, relationships and boost your motivation to pursue goals. I often take a strength-based approach to help you notice and harness your current strengths and skills in your journey towards a more authentic and engaged life.

My goal is for clients to achieve clarity on their issues and new or different ways to think, behave and approach situations. The result of this work is often a new perspective, changed behaviour and more effective coping.
